Oliver Fideler came back to the New York University track and field team as a volunteer assistant coach prior to the 2025-26 season.
A three-year member of NYU’s track & field team (one as a graduate student), Fideler competed in the jumping events. He won the long jump with a personal-best 6.79 meters at the Big Apple Invitational in February 2025.
Prior to NYU, Fideler attended and competed on the track & field team at San Diego Mesa College for two years.
A 2023 NYU graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Fideler is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Social Work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work.
Fideler is native and resident of Brooklyn, NY.
