Biography
2019-20: Finished 10-1 in singles (1-0 at #4, 3-0 at #6) and 13-1 in doubles (2-0 at #2, 2-0 at #3)…served as a team captain…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls…UAA Spring Sport All-Academic…ITA Scholar Athlete.
2018-19: Went 11-6 in singles (2-2 at #4, 6-0 at #5) and 13-7 in doubles (5-3 at #2, 4-0 at #2)…won two singles matches at the UAA Championship (4/25-27)…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
2017-18: Compiled a 14-3 singles record (1-0 at #3, 0-1 at #4, 3-1 at #5, 4-1 at #6) and a 16-5 doubles record (0-1 at #1, 1-0 at #2, 6-3 at #3)…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
2016-17: Went 13-6 in doubles play (10-3 at #3)...recorded the most wins at #3 doubles by a Violet in one season (with partner Rupa Ganesh)...compiled a 9-8 record in singles play (2-1 at #3, 4-4 at #4)...won six of her final seven doubles matches (3/25-4/22)...won one singles match and two doubles matches at the UAA Championship (4/20-22).
High School: Four-year team member…helped lead her squad to the Pacific Coast League Championship…two-year Division 1 CIF finalist and First Team All-County…also played a season of softball.
Personal: Concentration in finance and data science…chose NYU for its “great business and tennis programs”…volunteered with No Limitz….plans to work in finance or tech.
