2010-11: Finished third in the 10,000m at the ECAC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best time of 37:31.11 (5/19)…won the 5,000m and set a career-best time of 17:38.47 at the Matthew Vassar Open (5/6)…won the 3,000m with a personal-best time of 10:12.76 at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/4-5)…contributed to a record-breaking performance by the 4x1,500m relay team (19:25.67), and finished 10th individually in the 1,500m (4:46.96 ) at the Raleigh Relays (3/25-26)…recorded a fifth-place finish in the 10,000m (38:26.23) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/22-23)…took sixth place in the 3,000m (10:26.56) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/26-27)…won the 3,000m (10:34.79) at the NYU Team Challenge (2/19)…recorded a season-best time in the 6K (22:27) at the NCAA Cross Country Championship (11/20)…recorded an eighth-place finish with a time of 22:38 at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship and earned All-Region honors (11/13)…placed second with a season-best 4K time of 14:44 at the Stevens Invitational (9/24)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic honoree. 2009-10: Finished 30th (24:46.55) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (10/31), 47th (23:37.6) at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship (11/14), and 184th (24:22.1) at the NCAA Championship (11/21)…posted an eight-place finish (season-best 5:27.93) in the mile and recorded a season-best time in the 800m (2:29.00) at the Haverford Keogh Invitational (2/10)… Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Spring Honor Roll…earned UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic honors. 2008-09: Earned All-Region accolades with a 29th-place finish (24:23.4) at the NCAA Atlantic Region Cross Country Championship (11/15)…finished 10th (20:40.3) at the NYU Invitational (9/20) and 11th (22:05) at the Marist Invitational (9/5)…NYU’s top finisher (33rd place) with a season-best time (20:16) at the Metropolitan Championship (10/10)…finished 33rd (23:11.98) at the UAA Championship (11/1)…member of the Violets’ 4x800m team that placed fifth (10:03.50) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16)…finished 20th in the 3,000m (11:02.13) at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games (2/13)…placed 50th in the mile (5:27.29) at the Boston University Terrier Invitational (10/24).
