Patrina Blow

Patrina Blow is in her first year as an assistant women’s basketball coach at New York University and is assisting in all facets of the program.

Blow was added to the staff after serving as Assistant Coach at Pace University from 2005-16. During her tenure, the Setters appeared in the NCAA Division II Tournament five times and made it to the Regional Finals in 2011.

Blow also served as an assistant coach at the University of Bridgeport (2004-05), Boston University (2000-02) and Hofstra University(1997-00). During her one season at Bridgeport, the Purple Knights appeared in the NCAA Tournament while setting the record for largest turnaround in Division II women’s basketball history.

Blow also served as an instructor at numerous basketball camps hosted by Division I schools.

A 1994 graduate of St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design, Blow was a four-year member of the Red Storm basketball team and worked as a student assistant coach during the 1993-94 season. She finished her career among the school’s top-10 leaders in assists and three-point field goals.

Blow, who was raised in Bridgeport, CT, resides in the Bronx, NY.
