Biography

2019-20: Began the season with a second-place finish in the 60m hurdles (8.45) at the TCNJ Season Opener (1/11)...finished third in the 60m hurdles (8.48) and fifth in the 200m (22.79) at the Ramapo Invitational (1/17)...posted a 10th-place finish in the 60m hurdles (8.68) at the Armory Last Chance Meet (2/21)...ran career-best times in the 60m hurdles (8.40) and the 200m (22.74) at the UAA Indoor Championships, taking fourth and ninth, respectively (2/29-3/1)...recorded an 18th-place finish in the 60m hurdles (8.72) at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships (3/6-7).
 
2018-19: Set NYU records for both the 110m (14.97) and 400m (53.32) hurdles…won the 400m hurdles (53.94) at the UAA Outdoor Championship (4/27-28)…won the 4x400m relay (3:23.54, 3:13.97) at the NYC Division III Invitational (2/1) and AARTFC Outdoor Championships (5/15-16), respectively…finished sixth in the 200m (23.09) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/23-24)…came in second in the 60m hurdles (8.60 – career best) at the Moravian Indoor Meet…member of NYU’s second-place 4x400m relay (3:21.93, 3:16.28) at the UAA Indoor (2/23-24) and Outdoor Championships (4/27-28), respectively…Second Team All-UAA (110m Hurdles)…NCAA qualifier in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay.
 
2017-18: Helped the Violets win the 4x400m relay (3:29.79) at the Vassar Invitational (4/21) and the distance medley relay (10:09.13) at the UAA Indoor Championships (4/24-25)…member of NYU’s second-place 4x400m relay (season-best 3:19.91) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/28-29).
2016-17: Attended NYU, but was not a team member.
High School: Four-year track & field team member…also a four-year member of the soccer team…helped his team to a state championship in soccer.
Personal: Member of NYU’s soccer team in fall 2017…team leader for the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation…older brother Malcolm is also a member of the track & field team…enjoys hiking and spending time with friends…plans to become a real estate broker.
