Anna Chikhalenko was hired as an assistant men’s and women’s tennis coach at New York University in December 2024, though her primary duties are with the women’s squad.
A 2023 graduate of NCAA Division II Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Chikhalenko competed as a member of the tennis team.
As an undergrad, Chikhalenko interned at Hines Park Lincoln and served as an assistant coach at the Franklin Athletic Club.
Chikhalenko also guided international student-athletes as part of an NCAA eligibility mentorship program where she provided expert support during the college recruitment process.
Following her graduation, Chikhalenko served as an assistant boys’ varsity tennis coach at Detroit Country Day and then a full-time tennis coach at Troy Racket club.
A native of Detroit, MI, Chikhalenko resides in New York City.
