2010-11: Won the 8.1K (25:47.0) at the Dickinson Cross Country Invitational (9/18)…won the 6K (19:14.5) at the Stevens Invitational (9/24)…placed second (25:40) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (10/30)…placed fifth (18:57) at the Monmouth Kickoff (9/4)…finished 10th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (25:07.7) and earned All-Region honors (11/13)…helped the distance medley relay team to a second-place finish (9:59.17) at the NYU Team Challenge (2/19)…took fifth in the 3,000m (8:33.91) at the New Balance College Invitational (2/4)…took 10th in the mile and posted a season-best time (4:19.07) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/14)…notched a season-best time in the 3,000m (8:20.82) at the Boston University Valentines Invitational (2/11-12)…UAA Athlete of the Week (9/7)…UAA Fall Sport All-Academic honoree. 2009-10: Helped set a new team record as a member of the 4x1,500m relay team, which posted a time of 16:10.26 at the Raleigh Relay (3/26-27)…earned Second Team All-UAA honors as a member of the Violets’ second-place distance medley relay team (10:08.93) at the UAA Indoor Championships (3/5-6)…produced an indoor career best (4:16.43) in the mile at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/12-13)…ran a season-best 8:38.00 in the 3,000m at the Keogh Invitational (2/19)…ran outdoor career bests in the 1,500m (3:55.68) at the Princeton University Sam Howell Invitational (4/2), in the 3,000m (8:47.25) at The College of New Jersey Invitational (4/10), and in the 5,000m (14:46.91) at the Princeton University Larry Ellis Invitational (4/16)…recorded a season-best 14th-place finish (19:58.97) at the Monmouth Cross Country Kickoff (9/5)…placed 27th (26:31.29) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (10/31)…received the Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports-Scholar Award…earned UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic honors. 2008-09: Member of NYU’s sixth-place 4x800m relay team (8:06.94) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/25-26)…ran a personal-best time in the 3,000m (8:48.82) and finished 12th at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational (2/13)…member of the Violets’ third-place distance medley relay (10:19.58) at the NYC Metro Indoor Championships (1/28)…finished sixth in the DMR (10:36.20) at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/16)…placed 23rd in the mile (4:34.67) at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational (1/9) and 51st in the event (4:23.82) at the Boston University Terrier Invitational (1/24).
