2011-12: Started 26 out of 27 games…finished third on the team in rebounds and blocked shots…recipient of team’s Jim Lancaster Award as squad’s best defensive player…pulled down a season-high 10 boards in NYU’s victory over Misericordia in the NCAA Tournament (3/1)…scored a season-high 11 points against Case Western Reserve (1/29) and Washington (2/19)…also scored 10 points in back-to-back games against New Paltz State (2/7) and Emory (2/10)…tied career highs with five assists against Emory (1/13) and Washington (1/22), and with three blocks in a career-high 37 minutes vs. Rochester (2/12)…totaled a career-best six steals vs. Case Western Reserve (2/5)…UAA Winter Sport All-Academic.

High School: Played six seasons of basketball…Jewish Hoops America First Team All-American…averaged 21 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks as his team posted its first-ever winning season (10-9)…selected to The Journal News All-Star Team…also named All-League and All-Conference…volunteered as an academic tutor, as a Jewish Basketball League coach and with Habitat for Humanity…Westchester County Basketball Court of Excellence Scholar-Athlete…named school’s Student-Athlete of the Year as a junior and senior…also played for the Minuteman Athletic Club team.
