Returning Student-Athletes Header
  1. Copy link: nyu2.atsusers.com into your internet browser. 
    • You must use Firefox or Google Chrome as Internet Explorer will not work correctly. 
  2. Log into ATS using your Athlete ID (N#) and password that you created when you registered as a first-year athlete. 
    • If you don't remember your N# or password, please email NYU-SportsMed@nyu.edu and the athletic training staff will assist you. 
    • Database: atsnyu (leave as is).
  3. At the top of your screen you will see: General, Medical History, Insurance, Contacts, Forms, and eFiles. Please click on each tab and update all of the appropriate information. Please save each page to make sure you don't lose your changes made. 
  4. In the tab labeled Forms, you must complete the following (Create new-DO NOT delete previous forms): 
    • RETURNERS Medical History 
    • Student-athlete consent form 
    • Concussion agreement form 
  5. In the tab labeled eFiles, you will see multiple attachments that need to be downloaded and read thoroughly. 
    • If you have been diagnosed with ADD-ADHD, you and your physician must complete the "NCAA Medical Exception Reporting Form" and upload the required supporting documentation listed on the form.  
  6. If you have had any major medical conditions in the last 12 months, please contact your team athletic trainer by phone or email to discuss necessary paperwork for clearance.
  7. Again, remember to SAVE all your changes and keep your N# and password readily accessible for login. 
  8. Once you have completed all the appropriate paperwork, you will be asked to schedule a time to meet with a sports medicine staff member in order to review your paperwork. This appointment will take place once you arrive on campus. More information to follow.
  9. Please have the physical form uploaded to ATS and all the medical paperwork completed by the deadline stated in the email. Failure to meet this deadline may cause a delay in your participation.
