2016-17: Finished 30^th (25:10.8) at the NCAA Atlantic Region Cross Country Championship (11/12) and earned All-Region honors…placed 195^th (25:57.9) at the NCAA Division III National Championship (11/19)…took 19^th (26:06.1) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (10/29)…NCAA Qualifier in the outdoor 5,000m, finishing 16^th (15:09.33) at the NCAA  Championships (5/25-27)…produced a career-best 5,000m (14:33.38) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/12)…3,000m Champion (8:34.12) at the SPIRE North Coast Indoor Open (1/21)…ran a personal-best 3,000m (8:31.92) and finished fourth at the UAA Indoor Championship (4/22-23)…UAA Fall and Spring Sport All-Academic…USTFCCCA All-Academic…IAAC Fall Honor Roll.

2015-16: Finished 19^th in the 8k (25:44) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (10/31)…placed 41^st in the 8k (26:20.6) at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championship (11/14)…notched indoor season bests in the mile (4:24.00) at the NYC Metro Championships (2/5), in the 3,000m (8:45.63) at the Boston University Valentine’s Invitational (2/13) and in the 5,000m (15:12.97) at the UAA Championships (2/27-28)…set outdoor career bests in the 10,000m (31:52.74) at the UAA Championships (4/23-24) and in the 1,500m (4:01.52) at the Tom Farrell Track & Field Classic (5/7), and a season best in the 5,000m (14:53.87) at the Swat Meet (5/16)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Fall Honor Roll.

2014-15: Made his collegiate debut in the 6k (19:36) at the Saratoga Invitational (9/13)…placed 23rd in the five-mile (27:12) at the NYC Metro Championship (10/10)…finished 24th in the 8k (26:46) at the Connecticut Invitational (10/18)…competed in the 8k (26:40) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship (11/15)…did not compete during the indoor track & field season…placed seventh with an outdoor season best in the 1,500m (4:18.48) at the Rider Invitational (4/11)…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
High School: Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams…two-year captain…four-time San Diego Union Tribune Scholar Athlete and four-time competitor in the Eastern League Team Championship for track & field…named MVP in both sports as a senior…Eastern League Outstanding Sophomore, Junior and Senior…three-time individual Eastern League Champion…two-time All-CIF in cross country…volunteered with iCanBike and the San Diego Humane Society.
 
Personal: Enjoys airplanes, the Irish language and soccer…sister Hannah rows at the University of San Diego and his cousin plays professional basketball in Germany…serves as a teaching assistant at the NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences…plans to attend law school.
