Biography

2011-12: Played in 26 games, starting one…scored a career-high 14 points in the team’s  regular-season finale against Brandeis (2/25) and again a week later in the team’s NCAA Tournament game against Amherst (3/3)…tied a career best by pulling down six rebounds against Brooklyn (12/5)…recorded a career-high three blocks vs. Emory (1/13)…totaled a season-best three assists on four occasions…played a career-high 20 minutes in the team’s NCAA Tournament victory over Misericordia (3/1)…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Rolls…UAA Winter Sport All-Academic.

2010-11: Played in 24 games as a reserve…scored a season-high nine points on 4-5 shooting and added four rebounds and three assists vs. NYU-Poly (12/4)…had eight points and a season-best two blocks vs. Carnegie Mellon (2/13)…established a career high with six rebounds vs. U.S. Merchant Marine (12/1) and again vs. Hunter (1/11)…also doled out a career-best four assists in the Hunter game…played a season-high 16 minutes vs. Emory, totaling four points and four boards (1/30)…UAA Winter Sport All-Academic…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.

2009-10:
Saw action in 10 games, all as a reserve…scored a season-best six points vs. Rochester (2/21)…had four points, a season-high four rebounds and his first career block vs. New York City Tech (12/12)…also scored four points vs. Chicago (2/12)...recorded a season-high two assists and pulled down three rebounds in the Violets’ ECAC quarterfinal win over New Jersey City (3/3)…played a season-high nine minutes and recorded his first career steal at Case Western Reserve (2/7)…Intercollegiate Athletics Advisory Committee Spring Honor Roll.

High School: Four-year team member and three-year captain…named First Team All-State Class B, First Team All-Long Island and First Team All-Nassau County after averaging 19.5 points and 18 rebounds as a senior…played for his father, Drew…received an International Baccalaureate diploma…named “Class Artist”member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Played for the Long Island team in the 2008 Empire State Games…volunteered for Hoops for Heart and Relay for Life…enjoys hanging out with friends.
