High School: Four-year team member…three-year starter on her varsity team helping her team advance to the California Interscholastic Federation Southern California Division IV Final each of those three years…helped lead her team to three consecutive Costal League Championships her sophomore, junior and senior years…was named a San Diego Tribune Scholar Athlete…also played two years of varsity softball…participated in her school’s political issues club and wrote and worked for The Tower, the school’s newspaper…named to the honor roll every semester of high school. Personal: Enjoys traveling, cooking and writing…plans to attend graduate school and become a journalist.
