High School: Four-year starter…team captain his senior year…named All-Section as a senior and received Honorable Mention All-Section as a junior…also ran two years of track and spent one season on the swimming team…received Honorable Mention All-Section in swimming as a freshman…member of the Interact Club…class co-valedictorian…member of the National Honor Society…also played for the Pittsburgh Football Club.
