2009-10: Played in all 27 games and made one start (vs. Elmira on 11/22)…led the team in three-point field-goal pct. and finished fourth in three-pointers made…scored a season-high 22 points on 6-9 shooting (5-7 from three) in the Violets’ ECAC quarterfinal win over New Jersey City (3/3)…netted 13 points vs. Rochester (1/24) and 11 vs. Carnegie Mellon (1/29) in consecutive games…pulled down a season-best four rebounds in a season-high 21 minutes in the NYU Tip-Off Tournament Championship game vs. Elmira (11/22).
High School: Four-year team member…graduated as the all-time leader in scoring (1,687 points) and three-pointers made (259)…Boston Globe Dream Teamer…Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic selection…McDonald’s All-American Game nominee…team and league MVP…helped his teams win three sectional titles (2007-09), two state championships (2007, 2009) and a league crown (2008)…volunteered as a coach at several camps and clinics…cum laude graduate…earned the Outstanding Math Award…member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Minoring in physics…serving as NYU’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) President…twin brother, Cory, is also a member of the team…his sister, Courtney, swam for the Violets in 2006-07 and graduated from NYU in 2009…studied abroad in Germany and France in the summer of 2010…enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, reading good books, and learning…plans on working at Barclays trading credit.
