2019-20: Took fourth at the Vassar Ron Stonitsch Cross Country Invitational with a 6k time of 19:40.4 (9/7)...set a career-best time in the 8k (25:03.3) at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle (10/19)...posted personal-best times in the 800m (1:59.88) at the Armory Last Chance Meet (2/21), in the mile (4:18.61) at the Valentine Invitational (2/15), and in the 3,000m (8:37.46) at the NYC DIII Invitational (1/31)...led off the Violets’ third-place DMR team (10:10.03) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/29-3/1)...UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
 
2018-19: Finished sixth in the 1,500m (4:06.16) at the Greyhound Invitational (4/19-20)…finished 16^th in the mile at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/23-24) with a season-best time (4:27.72)…set a season-best in the 800m (2:03.06) at the USF Bulls Invitational (3/22-23)…UAA Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
 
2017-18: Placed second in the 3,000m (9:11.04) at the Vassar Invitational (4/21)…finished fourth in the 8K (27:43.1) at the ECAC Division III Cross Country Championship (11/4)…posted season-best times in the 1,500m, mile, 3,000m, 5,000m, 8K, and five-mile events…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…ECAC Fall and Spring President’s Honor Rolls…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
2016-17: Finished 106^th (21:17.0) in his collegiate debut at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/10)…finished sixth (27:37.5) at the ECAC Division III Cross Country Championship (11/5) and earned All-ECAC honors…posted season bests in the 3,000m (9:44.34) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/8) and in the 5,000m (16:28.61) at the Greyhound Invitational (4/15)…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
High School: Four-year member of the cross country and track teams…helped lead his teams to county and section championships…National Honor Society…graduated in top 10% of his class.
 
Personal: Chose NYU for its “location, physics department, liberal arts education, and diversity”…member of the Leadership Academy.
