2019-20: Member of NYU’s third-place DMR (10:10.03) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/29-3/1)...also ran a career-best time of 4:20.25 in the mile at that meet, earning an eighth-place finish...helped the Violets to a sixth-place finish in the DMR (10:30.58) at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships (3/6-7)...UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
 
2018-19: Won the mile (4:27.67) at the Princeton Invitational (2/16)…set a personal best in the 6k (26:40.10) at the UAA Cross Country Championship (10/28)…placed fifth in the DMR (10:22.57) and set a season-best time in the mile (4:23.62) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/23-24)…finished sixth in the 4x800m (7:56.69) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/27-28)…UAA Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
 
2017-18: Finished fourth in the 800m (1:59.87) at the Vassar Invitational (4/21) and in the 400m (4:05.19) at the Tom Farrell Classic (5/5)…posted a season-best 800m (1:57.28) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/28-29)…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…ECAC Fall and Spring President’s Honor Rolls…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
2016-17: Made collegiate debut by posting a 6K time of 21:29.6 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/10)…finished 11^th (27:42.3) at the Division III ECAC Championship (11/5), earning All-ECAC honors…ran a season-best mile (4:42.68) in his indoor debut at the Ramapo Season Opener (1/13)…posted a season-best 800m (1:58.60) at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/11)…took eighth with a season-best 1,500m (4:08.57) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/8)…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
High School: Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams…ran on his team’s state medal-winning 4x800m relay…Distinguished Honor Roll.
