2019-20: Earned a career-best 8k time of 25:22.4 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle (10/19)...placed fourth in the 3,000m at the NYC DIII Invitational with a personal-best time of 8:36.68 (1/31)...set a career-best in the mile (4:14.32) at the Valentine Invitational (2/15)...took bronze in the mile (4:14.95) and DMR (10:10.03), and also placed 12th in the 3,000m (8:51.18) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/29-3/1)...anchored a sixth-place DMR finish (10:30.58) at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships (3/6-7)…USTFCCCA Division III All-Academic selection…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…IAAC Spring Honor Roll.
 
2018-19: Finished second in the 1,500m (4:04.76) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/5-6)…placed fifth in the DMR (10:22.57) at the UAA Indoor Championships (2/23-24)…set a season-best time in the 3,000m (8:45.28) at the NYC Division III Invitational (2/1)…UAA Spring Sport All-Academic.
 
2017-18: Took fourth in the 3,000m (8:45.87) at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships (2/24-25)…set season-best times in the 1,500m, mile, 3,000m, 5,000m, 8K, and five-mile events…UAA Fall, Winter and Spring Sport All-Academic…ECAC Fall President’s Honor Roll…IAAC Fall Honor Roll.
2016-17: Made collegiate debut by taking 63^rd (20:40.6) at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/10)…finished fourth (27:25.8) at the Division III ECAC Championship (11/5), earning All-ECAC honors…placed fourth in the 1,000m (season-best 2:35.77) at the Artie O’Connor Invitational (2/17)…posted a season-best 1,500m (4:06.51) and finished eighth at the Vassar Twilight Meet (5/5)…notched a season-best 5,000m (16:19.97) at the UAA Outdoor Championships (4/22-23)…IAAC Fall and Spring Honor Rolls.
 
High School: Member of the cross country team…earned team MVP honors as a junior and Most Improved Runner accolades as a freshman and senior…First and Second Honors.
