The New York University men's and women's swimming and diving teams have been named Fall Scholar All-America Teams by the College Swimming and Diving Association of America (CSCAA). To qualify, teams must achieve a team cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher during the Fall 2025 semester.
Both Violets squads were among 709 teams to earn the honor, ranging from Division I, Divison II, Division III, and NAIA.
The men's team posted a GPA of 3.54, while the women's team registered a GPA of 3.59.
In addition to their academic success, the two teams have also been immensely successful in the pool this season, both being ranked
#2 nationally.
Both teams will continue their season in a tri-meet against the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Williams College on Friday, January 23, in Cambridge, MA.
