The New York University women's volleyball team fell to the University of Scranton on Friday, October 23, at 7pm in Glassboro, NJ.
The Violets (11-14) were swept by the Royals (22-9) in three sets (25-23, 25-21, 23-25).
Shelby King led NYU in kills, totaling 11 for the match.
The Violets made a late set-three push to tie the score at 22, but fell short.
"I was disappointed with our play today, but i'm looking forward to a fresh start for our two matches tomorrow," Head Coach
Jolie Ward said.
