Tournament Page (for results, live stats and live video)The New York University women's volleyball team begins University Athletic Association (UAA) competition at the UAA Round Robin #1 this Saturday-Sunday, October 4-5, hosted by Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
The Violets (14-6) head into UAA competition having won 10 of their last 12 matches. Eight of those 10 victories came in striaght sets.
Last year at the UAA Round Robin #1, the Violets beat Case Western Reserve University and Carnegie Mellon University en route to a 2-1 record on the weekend.
NYU will play three matches this weekend, beginning with the University of Chicago (15-7) and Washington University (17-2) on Saturday, and concluding on Sunday against Brandeis University (5-10).
The Violets' first match is scheduled for Saturday at 12 pm against Chicago.
