- NYU led 8-4 and 14-13 in the fifth set vs. Wisconsin-Platteville.

- Captain Hope Bogle led the Violets with 25 assists in the first match, while freshman Emily Moore had a match-high 34 in the second.

- Captain Alexandria Mao and Allie Williams each recorded double-digit kills in both matches.

- Vera Shulgina totaled a career-high 18 kills vs. Geneseo.

"We seemed content after winning the first match and taking the first set of the second match," said NYU Head Coach Jolie Ward. "We're not experienced enough yet to sit back and let things happen. Hopefully, this will serve as a learning lesson for this team."
