Meyer has completed one season as an assistant coach of the New York University men’s basketball team.
A 2000 graduate of Wesleyan University with a degree in economics, Meyer was a four-year member of the Cardinals’ basketball team. He served as the team’s captain during his senior year and was a New England Small College Athletic Conference All-Academic selection in 1998-99.
Meyer has compiled a great deal of basketball coaching experience. He was an assistant at John Jay College during the 2000-01 season, then went on to serve as an assistant at Staples High School in Westport, Connecticut. Prior to joining NYU, Meyer was serving as a volunteer assistant at Fairfield University.
A native of Westport, Meyer currently resides in Westbury, NY.
